Rachel’s latest feature film ‘FINDING EMILY’ (Working Title, Focus Features) is due for release in May 2026. Directed by Alicia McDonald (Too Much, Pure), starring Angourie Rice (Mean Girls, Mare of Easttown) and Spike Fearn (Alien Romulous, Aftersun). The film also features Minnie Driver, Prasanna Puwanarajah, Phil Wang with performances from Manchester bands The Blossoms and W.H.Lung. A coming of age romantic story set to the back drop of Manchester University and its infamous music scene.
Rachel recently completed Post-Production on ‘I AM HELEN’ (Channel 4, Me & You) her fourth collaboration with BAFTA award winning Writer and Director, Dominic Savage, and the third instalment of the I AM series they’ve created together. This new Two-Part edition staring Nicola Coughlan (Bridgerton, Derry Girls) and Joe Cole (The Queen of Fashion, Gangs of London) is due for release in 2026. It follows on from the critically acclaimed ‘I AM RUTH’ (2023) starring Kate Winslet for which Rachel received a BAFTA nomination for Cinematography. The show went on to win 2 BAFTAS (Best Single Drama, Best Actress) and an RTS award (Best Single Drama). Rachel also lensed ‘I AM MARIA’ staring Leslie Manville (2021). The I AM series authentically explores the personal experiences of women through provocative, emotionally raw storytelling.
In 2025 Rachel lensed 3 episodes of “THE DREAM LANDS’, a new flagship show for the BBC, scheduled for release in 2026. Working with BAFTA winning Director Myriam Raja (Top Boy S4) and produced by Sister Pictures. The series is based on the book ‘Dreamland’ by Rosa Rankin-Gee and adapted for the screen by BAFTA winning writer Kayleigh Llewellyn (In My Skin). ‘The Dream Lands’ is set in near future dystopian Margate, amidst a rapidly increasing environmental crisis and political upheaval. Our lead character Chance (Pascale Khan) leading the charge for social justice. Think Children of Men meets American Honey in a forgotten apocalyptic British Seaside Town.

Additional Feature Film credits include ‘EDGE OF SUMMER’ written and directed by BAFTA and BIFA nominated Lucy Cohen (Kingdom of Us), produced by Dorothy Street Pictures (If The Streets Were On Fire, Pamela A Love Story, Greatest Night in Pop). Rachel received a nomination at the prestigious Camerimage Festival for her stunning work on the film, competing in the Cinematographers Debut. The film was long listed for Best Debut Director at the BIFAs in the same year. It is a tender, raw coming of age story, set one hot summer in 1990’s Cornwall. It deals with loss of innocence, local folk lore, magic and the family secrets adults hide from children.
Rachel’s debut feature ‘PIRATES’ (BFI/BBC/Hillbilly Films) for Director Reggie Yates premiered at SXSW Festival, and received 5 BIFA Long List Nominations. The film is a love letter to London and the Garage music scene of the 1990’s.
Television credits include ‘QUEENIE’ (Hulu, Lionsgate, Channel 4), for which Rachel was the lead DP (Episodes 1-4). Based on the best selling book of the same name by award winning author Candice Carty-Willaims. ’WITHOUT SIN’ (Left Bank, Sony Pictures) a 4-part original drama directed by Al McKay & starring Vicky McClure & Johnny Harris.
Rachel has recently returned from the OASIS Tour, where she was part of the Cinematography team shooting the Documentary Feature for the about the LIVE 25 Reunion Tour. Shooting live shows in Cardiff, Manchester, South Korea, Argentina and Brasil.
